'Brasserie'

The term brasserie comes from French and means something like brewery. The brasserie was traditionally known as a place where people could enjoy an easy meal while enjoying a beer. Compared to other catering establishments, a brasserie often has an extroverted character, where different people sit together in an open space. A brasserie is a kind of combination between a full restaurant and a café.
